- To submit an operating grant application to the City of Winnipeg you can call 311, OR you can fill out the application form below.
- It is important to submit your application prior to the deadline listed on the form.
- When submitting an application, it is a good idea to provide as much information as possible (for example: complete description of the project, the purpose for which the grant funds will be used, and any other applicable information about your organization).
